Tracking Packages

You can track your package once it has been shipped. There is a tracking option on the Customer
Support page that links to the UPS site. You need to enter either the PO number that you received when
you placed your order or the order number that you received in your shipping confirmation email.

Returns Policy
|
We accept exchanges or refunds for up to 30 days after your purchase. After the 30 days has expired,
we only accept merchandise for ½ price replacement.

Lifetime Book Half-Price Replacement:
|
Whether well-loved or met with an accident, we offer a replacement at half-price of the current retail
price (plus tax and shipping) for all Kane Miller and Usborne books, including library-bound titles.
Contact your Brand Partner or Home Office to complete a replacement order. If the original title is no
longer available, it may be exchanged for something of similar value. Half-Price Replacement does not
cover toys, puzzles, or games.
