Lovely flap book!
My 2 year old (and I) absolutely love this book. It follows the story of a squirrel on his journey through the woods. Simple text clues of where the squirrel or his friends are hiding under the flaps! We hope more get added to this series in addition to woods and garden!!!

Great start to lift the flap books
Great beginner for the larger lift the flap books! Perfect for small hands although with any lift the flap, I would definitely suggest making sure you are with them if playing with the book as they could rip the flaps. Same thing that would happen with ANY lift the flap book.
Super cute though!

Love this book!
My almost 2 year old absolutely loves this book! She loves finding the fox and the mole on their respective pages. It's been great for vocabulary and language development, since she's been slow to talk. She loves pointing out the animals and will actually state their names when prompted (I'm an SLP, so I'm constantly encouraging her to use words). The illustrations are great, and there's a bit of a story to this book, too. It's in our nightly rotation of books!

Beyond Expectations
This is such a darling little book. I love the thick sturdy cover and the vibrant, beautiful illustrations. The flaps are fairly sturdy and my daughter has loved lifting them. She's only about 14 months and seems to enjoy it. I love how it introduces some simple, nonfiction. Interested in others in the series for sure.

Many pages, lovely illustrations
Im surprised with this book! For the price it’s really a gem. So many flaps & pages even though it’s a mini book. Wonderful illustrations & story too!

Just one problem
My sixteen-month-old loves this book, and the illustrations and words are really cute, BUT…much of the text is printed on the flaps that lift up, and when you’ve got eager tiny hands lifting the flaps before you can read the words, it’s very difficult to read the story to her. I have to pull it out of her fingers and lower it to see the words, and sometimes she doesn’t love that.
