What a wonderful story! I love getting to know Leo and how he views the world. He is on the spectrum (autism) and struggles sometimes to feel like he fits in with those around him. Great story about feelings, kindness and friendship! Perfect if someone in your world needs a little help understanding the world through the lens of Autism. Or even if they just love Octopusus! (yes, that is proper plural of Octopus learned in this book )

Such a heartwarming story of friendship. I love that the main character is neurodiverse, which is hard to come by in children’s books. Also, this book is so beautifully illustrated and thought out!

As a teacher and a parent, I cannot say enough good things about this book. It is truly heartwarming and thoughtfully written. Both of my kids request to read this book each night before bed.

Kane Miller you've done it again! This book is in my top 5 favorites from UBAM. I love everything about it. The illustrations are beautifully done and the story is heartwarming. A story about a boy Leo who feels like he just doesn't quite fit in until he meets the octopus who he can relate to on many levels. My 3.5 year old loves it but I think older kids would enjoy (and maybe understand a bit more) it as well.

This book is well written and beautifully illustrated. I am glad we are adding it to our library.
