So fun!
I thought this was a sticker book, but it’s not. However, I am pleasantly surprised! My 3 year old son has so much fun feeding the animals. A little slit at the top of the book allows kids to “feed” the animals by finding the corresponding food piece and dropping it down a chute to the animals’ bellies. I enjoyed watching my son search the pages for clues for which animal ate the food he was provided. I’m sure we have read this book over 20 times this weekend and I just received it 4 days ago. Get this!

One of our Favs!
This book is SO COOL! My kiddos (1.5 and 4) LOVE this book! They love to feed the animals & open the back to release the food! Very clever idea.

So fun!
My 3-year-old LOVES this book, and it, like the reusable sticker books, is a perfect book to entertain her at times she needs busy hands to help stay quiet. (Perfect for church, car rides, waiting at a doctor’s office, visiting someone who may not have other kids to play with/toys for your kids.) Such a fun concept, and it’s designed so neat, very easy to understand and use no matter the age of the little!

Imperfect design
I was really looking forward to getting this book, but I have to admit I'm disappointed in it. The design of the "chute" for the food pieces is designed such that after the first piece is in place, the rest of the pieces either get stuck in the chute because the first piece is blocking them, or they end up behind the pieces already in the tummy. That defeats the whole purpose of feeding the animals and seeing the food appear in the window. I have tried and tried to figure out how to make the food appear in front of the other pieces, but I really think it's a flawed design rather than user error (esp since this book is intended for children with limited motor skills).
I will say, my kids do love this book and especially the 19 mos old doesn't care that the food pieces don't appear correctly. But I care!

Cute book but PLEASE fix the design!
We LOVE this book. My son is 18 months and loves to put the food pieces in. That being said, I’m still disappointed in the overall design. As others have said, after dropping the first piece, the other food pieces fall behind it. So then it appears as though every animal is eating that first food piece. Totally defeats the point of having the window to see inside. I feel like they either didn’t test this book out before releasing it, or just didn’t think it would be a big deal since it’s a kids book. But I feel like there are plenty of ways they could’ve solved that problem and come out with a more perfect design. I wish they’d take this one back to the drawing board and try again, cause it is a really cute book and great concept.

Good idea but bad execution
Pieces are always getting stuck. The sticker you’re supposed to “save” shredded when trying to open it.
